Hand engraved and hand made, this here is a beautiful example of an Victorian Mourning ring. This ring is 3 dimensional and most likely had hair woven into it that is no longer there after so many years. The recessed areas are blackened with some areas worn away. The raised areas are gold and hand engraved with a gold plate engraved with DV.
