This regal and beautiful Victorian double heart crown necklace is a perfect gift. There are 2 puffy repoussé hearts with blue and white enameled flowers. The crown joins the hearts and are capped by 2 pearls. It was converted to a necklace from a brooch with a 14k yellow gold chain attached to it.
