This is a beautiful and thick 18k gold Victorian band made by a NYC jewelry designer Gattle E.M. e.1883-1933. The band has a floral pattern, like a poppy. The pattern has worn down as thas the hand inscribed message inside the band that may be "Jan 28 1899".
